In this form we collect personal information from you including your name, contact information and photos.

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • keep a record of grants that have been awarded, and report on use of grant funds; and
  • contact you in relation to your grant application and use of grant funds.

Besides our staff, we may share your name and contact information with the Ministry for the Environment for the purposes of reporting on expenditure of the waste levy, which provides the funds for this grant.

Providing photos is optional. If you choose to provide photos, these may be used by the Council for the purpose of promoting waste minimisation activities and grants. You are free to choose not to provide photos if you wish.

If you do not provide the other personal information requested in this form, Council may be unable to review the expenditure of your grant funds. In some cases this may result in your organisation being ineligible to apply for future grants from Tasman District Council.
