This Change sought to extend the provisions of Schedule 17.5A ‘Activities on Network Tasman Ltd Site at Main Road, Hope’ over an adjoining site (at 68 Main Road, Hope) through a Private Plan Change Request. At the same time, it sought to change the existing Schedule provisions, and those changed provisions apply to all sites affected by Schedule 17.5A.
