At Port Tarakohe, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all people who enter our Port.

Prior to accessing the operational area, ALL personnel must read this induction document (pdf 1.4 MB) and fill in their details below.

The induction document is to ensure everyone entering the Port Tarakohe operational area are familiar with the rules and safety requirements, such as what to do in the event of an emergency, who to contact and how to evacuate if necessary.
