An annual survey of Tasman residents’ satisfaction with their Council begins on Wednesday 1 May.

The survey provides data on people’s level of satisfaction with our services, and which of our decisions they approve or disapprove of.

We would urge anyone who is contacted to take part to use the opportunity to give feedback – the results help shape the future of the services and facilities we provide to the community.

The interviews this year will be conducted by telephone – both landlines and cellphones.

We have commissioned Research First to carry out this survey on our behalf. They will contact residents from 1 May to 31 May.

Although the results of the survey are made public, individual survey respondents’ details are confidential.
